Moving Thanksgiving to October gives more spacing between holidays
Giving eveyone the week off would help with early voting you can go as a family to vote any time during the week.
It would ease the travel rush giving you more time to return home.
Canada also has Thanksgiving in October but it would be earlier than our holiday.
