Change theTax laws, whereby tax refunds to corporations and citizens cannot exceed the amount of taxes actually paid.

Created by L.D. on November 17, 2012

A Tax Refund is supposed to be a relief from paying excessive taxes because of specific circumstances. It is not intended to be a means of revenue which it has become by certain corporations and individuals. A refund by definition, is to give something back, as such how can a Corporation like G.E. receive a tax refund of of approximately 3.2 billion, which it did in 2010, when they paid no taxes whatsoever. A simple clear uncomplicated tax law, something like: "Tax Refunds cannot exceed the amount of taxes actually paid by a Citizen or corporation" Will put a stop to this abomination of Corporate greed and avarice at the expense of U.S. taxpayers.
