Change the timing of "springing ahead" to during the week so we skip an hour of work instead of the weekend.

We the People value our weekends. While we enjoy our "long weekend" when we "fall back", it would be an outstanding morale builder for hard-working Americans to get one extra hour off of work per year. This would represent a quite modest movement towards achieving the "work-life balance" that so many seek yet find hard to achieve.
