Given that the present Chief Executive of the United States has demonstrated complete contempt for the US Constitution it is necessary to change his Title to reflect the manner in which he RULES. He has chosen to ignore the checks and balances built into our system of government by the Constitution and instead of governing he RULES the country in the style that a Chicago Mayor RULES that city.
Instead of negotiating as required in a two party political system he issues Edicts...much in the manner of a Roman Caesar.
The Title should reflect the reality of how he RULES.
