Change unemployment to a considered income, it's taxable income therefore it should be equal to income in consideration

unemployment is not considered as income when unemployment compensation amounts are compiled. the unemployment commission considers unemployment as a non recognized income when they figure out your entitlements,however, the IRS has ruled that any income is taxable and that any taxed wages are considered income. It is causing undue hardship to long term unemployed since their compensation is cut in half or more... this is not right, if it's taxed it should be held as a viable means of income.
