Change the unemployment program to the employment program

The unemployment program should be renamed to the employment program. The program should focus on educating and training the person to reenter the work force. If the person decides to enroll in the employment program he/she becomes a public employee who works for the government 30 to 40 hours a week and receives subsidized teaching / training at local community colleges or vocational schools. The goal should be to provide incentives to the person to improve themselves while they are being a productive contributor to society.
