In 1956 the Motto of the United States of America was changed from"E Pluribus Unum" to "In God We Trust" even though the government and religion are to not be tied together at all. Though this is a primarily Christian nation what about all those living in this Country who are Atheist or believe in some power other than god?
The two main things supporting my petition are:
1. Separation of Church and State
2. Freedom of Religion
THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
