Change the United States from a private market to a dual market.

Currently, the United States economy is stable, but still very weak. We are out of the recession, and yet people are still jobless. Changing the U.S. to a dual market system would create jobs, and get new revenue flowing through the system. A dual market system means that the government can also be involved in business, except rather than keeping the profits for personal gain, the money would be going straight into the treasury. I believe that a dual market system would greatly benefit the american people, as well as ease tensions between federal and state governments.
