change the U.S Department of labor(OWCP) laws prohibiting injured claimant further federal action after Appeals.

Created by B.C. on October 24, 2013

the appeals board is the final say on injured claims and they are not federal judges. They do not have the right to make final decision on claims. my claim was denied by the appeals board because they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the chiropractor accepted in my claim was an error by the office. He is not a physician under the act. They have been given evidence of the chiropractor stating he is not a physician, a claim examiner in there office letter stating he is a chiropractor, and a illinois professional regulation document of his profession. if the appeals board make the final decision and they are wrong then we have no federal recourse. they state they have the last word. we the people deserve to have our issues heard in federal courts and then the supreme court if neccesary.
