Change the US flag Code to direct the Flag of the USA be flown 1/2 mast upon the death of a Medal of Honor recipient.

The Medal of Honor is the United States highest military award, living recipients are rare. Being such a distinguished award, we feel that a living recipent should be honored a final time by having the US flags flown at half mast.
Please consider changing USC 175, to include Medal of Honor recipients.
