change US laws to allow citizens over the age of 21 to ship beer to other consumers over the age of 21.

Created by T.P. on January 22, 2013

Change US shipping laws to allow US consumers over the age of 21 to ship beer, either home-brewed or legally bought from a vendor, to other consumers in the US over the age of 21. Current shipping laws for beer reflect the era of alcohol paranoia following prohibition. In today's society, US consumers of legal age should be allowed to gift small quantities of beer to other consumers of legal age. Furthermore, home-brewers over the age of 21 should be allowed to ship certain volumes of beer for beer competitions.
