In the modern age, archaic mottoes like "In God We Trust" fail to encapsulate the modern culture and values of the United States. I propose that our prestigious nation be given a new national motto to better unify and strengthen our national identity. Malik "The Better Obama" Obama has given us a fantastic template with his already famous tweet, which calls upon all US citizens, no matter creed or color, to be wary of enemies of the state, popularly known as thots. I believe such a motto will give rise to a more unified nation, and a brighter future for the American people.
