change the US tax code so that taxpayers designate how 10% of their taxes are spent.

Created by N.B. on January 13, 2013

Current government spending policies give government members excessive power in determining the direction of the US. Allowing tax payers to designate where 10% of their taxes are spent wil return power to "the people." Important government funded entities (e.g., education) will no longer be the easiest place to cut from the budget. Most importantly, implementing this policy will return the United States of America to a time when "all men [and women] are created equal."
