Change the VA Claims department. Taking 10-13 months to render a decision is too long! 3-6 would be more acceptable!

VA Claims in some areas are taking way too long to process. I was told they get 1.5 million claims a year with only enough manpower to process 1 million of these claims, even with mandatory overtime. It's time this process is updated technologically and to help our veterans! Some of them are being told by doctors they will never work again but they will have to wait a year for the VA to compensate them! Let's change to a permanent 3-6 month process! Get all files digitally uploaded and accessible through the ENTIRE VA system! Let's sign one release form for information sharing instead of one for each doctor and clinic! Let's stop hindering our vets and letting them lose their homes and what they fought so hard for and let's HELP THEM!
