This petition is asking for signatures of US Citizens that object to the VA Policy and Congressional Mandate that prohibits blind veterans from qualifying for transportation to and from VA appointments unless they are also confined to a wheelchair. This mandate/policy violates the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
