I propose that "The People" of the United States of America have the right to vote for candidates instead of political parties. In Arizona State to vote in the primary election on August 24th. a voter must select a party when requesting a ballot either by mail or by voting in person. This petition singed by "The People" of the United States change voting to allow the voting public to vote for a candidate rather than having to select a party before being allowed to participate in a primary election.
As part of this proposal "We The People" want the voting process changed to reflect the vote of the people rather than an Electoral College. Where a select group of people vote how they feel like voting. It shall be by Popular Vote instead of the electoral process now in place.
