Change the voting process of America, it's ineffective for pulling what the people wants.

So this is just from everyone I've talked to. We all believe the system must be changed. In no democracy, should there be a moment when the most hated politician in American history, with the lower popular vote, win in the Electoral College. What do I think needs to be changed?
1). Kid votes. There are moments where you realize that sometimes, the kids are more logical than the adults. Now I don't mean give them complete votes, I mean make it so that there is a type of test designed to make sure the kid should be able to vote.
2). Alternate Vote. If all the supports went to the supporters they wanted for second chance, there could be more than two parties, and Presidents will be more accurate.
3). A week to vote, not all of us have time.
