The election process of using electoral votes has become outdated. Because the population is ever changing, the number of votes of the electoral college per state cannot keep up. Washington D.C. is allowed 3 electoral votes, where Maine and Nebraska use a combination of popular votes and votes by congressional district. This needs to be changed.
