We the people would like our Representatives in Government to reform the voting system into a preferential voting system (instant runoff, alternative, ranked-choice) we believe this would not only standardize the voting process nation wide but allow for more party choices in the election process without fear of losing our vote by voting for a third party candidate. If federal election are to be fair and accurate, this voting system would standardize the process in each state and provide an alternative vote in the case that your first choice didn't receive enough exposure during the election process. This is a common sense approach to elections, and gives the power of the vote to the people and removes some of the power from the wealth campaign donors.
