A lot of people see the Death Penalty as outdated and inhumane. Mainly because the way it is carried out causes complications before death and see it as extremely painful, which it is. Past attempts and executions show that it is very painful.
HOWEVER:
I was thinking about how executions used to be carried out because of a video joking about an execution carried about by a machine that violently rips the head off of the criminal.
It got me thinking about the Guillotine and how it used to get stuck half way through the neck of people and that would cause a lot of pain instead of being quick and painless. Well instead of having it rely on gravity to drop the blade; Why not make it a pneumatic system so it would be extremely quick and painless? Whether the blade was blunted or not.
