Change the way Child protected services works, so local governments can stop using the poor like a cash cow!

As states lose money,their looking for way to fix their budget short falls and they use the poor as a cash crop to get money from the feds for each child in foster care. And they live off the poor like leeches and I thought the poor was the good for nothing leeches. This need to change and fast. There is a big problem with the way this works, it is only for the money they don't care about your children. Just where the next check is coming in at.They are stealing you children for greed. And killing the way of life we Americans enjoy for so long.
