Change the way that Child Support is administered in the United States, so that parents do not take advantage of it.

Child Support should be a way to help parents support their children when one parent is absent from the home. In America, many individuals take advantage of this system when there is a court order for child visitation and custody. I petition that for the United States to block such actions. I believe that parents should have to meet certain requirements in order to receive child support in certain situations. Such as, if there is an agreement/Court order in place, both parents should have to keep that in order to be receive child support payments. Also, when one parents situation changes, such as the lost of a job, Child Support reduction should automatically be reconsidered instead of waiting 3 years. I have personally not seen my daughter in over a year, yet I am still required to pay...
