Change the way congress votes on bills.

I call upon our President of the United States to suggest/help create a law that would give a waiting period of 7 days after the final bill is presented to read in congress until they hold a vote on it. It is time our government earn its nice cushy paychecks and earn those unbeleivable benefits and actually read these bills in order to better represent the people whom they are supposed to represent, and not just represent their savings accounts. I write this not as a democrat or a republican, but an American citizen and call on support of all American's to demand action.
