change the way Presidential campaigns are financed, and set a bi-partisan committee to select qualified candidates.

Created by J.A. on December 17, 2012

I propose a fund being set-up in by the Dept. Of Revenue for the Dept. Justice, of our government to fund and fund and oversee our elections. Each candidate would be afforded equal time on TV, at debates, and public appearances. Candidates must campaign at the same venue, at the same time. A Truth Monitor will be in place, and candidates must explain, in full paragraphs, their statements and accusations.
A non-partisan committee will interview and pick QUALIFIED CANDIDATES.
Political parties should be abolished, in favor, of the one party system ( As George Washington promoted.).
We need, both, hawks and doves working together, for America; not their respective parties. Stop the grid lock by working together, not separately.
