Change the way VA works for Veterans to include amount of time spent working on a VA claim

I wish to start a petition to change the way VA claims are made for veterans. It take far too long for a claim to go through. They service that we recieve is horrible and it seems like they do not care about veterans. The phone hold times are hours on end, with no response. We are treated very bad when we go into any VA office, we are disrespected and when we ask to speak to a supervisor, we are told no. This is out of control and we should be treated better than this.
