The current voting process is archaic and needs to be brought into the 21st century. Voting, in caucus, primary and general elections should be conducted on-line, using website and app based voting.
During the last election, 63% of the population DID NOT vote and 80% of young voters DID NOT vote. If voting was on-line, Americans could vote from their homes increasing participation and the risk of miss-counting is eliminated.
For those of the population without a computer or smart phone, they can still go to their local voting location and place their vote there electronically.
