Change the words on Medicare cards from "Entitled to" to "eligible for" benefits.

This is a request to have Medicare cards and communication on Medicare websites such as CSNAP for providers and Medicare.gov for beneficiaries to read "eligible for" benefits instead of "entitled to' benefits because Medicare is an earned benefit that hard working people count on, not an entitlement program.
