Florida is an employment-at-will jurisdiction. At-will employers can terminate their employees with or without cause and do not have to provide advance termination. This has become out of control here in Florida. We need to abolish this is not fair, nor is it ethical. How can a person/family survive if they were to lose there only source of income? Possible this is not know by our government or has been sweep aside. We need to stand together to fix this is an immediate problem. There are literally no worker rights for example New York State. Compare the two and help all us workers here who work in fear from all employers here in the state of Florida. Who ever agreed to this work at will. the previous Politian's have not done anything to help. We need an advance notice reprimand CEO's.
