Get rid of the Republican Party and make a smarter and better party to compete with the democrats, because with idiots such as bush in power for 8 years doing nothing but play golf is a big reason why 99% of the world think you guys are idiots and also make healthcare free, seriously you guys are 174th in infant mortality while Cuba which has no resources is by the top 30s so make it free and available for everyone before your citizens dying of an infection by a splinter.
