Every human being should have all equal rights in the United States of America. Such as the right to care, the right to love, and the right to marry whom ever. Homosexuals are not given all of these rights as a human. A law should not be based on a person’s religious belief or for someone’s sexual orientation that cannot be changed. Homosexuals did not ask to be "gay", just like heterosexuals were not asked if they wanted to be "straight" or not. It is our right as a United States Citizen to be able to marry whomever we'd like in any state and have every state to recognize this love of marriage. Therefore the fourth teen amendment protects our rights under the law; homosexuals should be allowed to marry across the nation.
