Change the zero-tolerance on fighting in schools, in order to make it fair for children who need to defend themselves.

I want to change the country-wide laws about no-tolerance in regard to violence in schools. If a child if attacked physically, they should be able to defend themselves in a physical way without worry of being suspended or expelled. If eye witnesses report that they were provoked and attacked, they shouldn't suffer consequences for self-defense. They should be free from consequences unless the school discovers they instigated the attack.
