We need to change the death penalty laws to bring the hammer down on criminals. We should increase crimes punishable by death and decrease the time till exclusion from 17-20 years to 5 weeks, it is very expensive to have people in prison, it would be so much cheaper to just kill em. It not like these criminal help the country while in prison. Also lets start using firing squad and make them pay for the bullets. We should have any homicide case and attempted murder, any act of treason and espionage, drug trafficking, large scale thefts with value of stolen goods over $70,000. Less crimes will be committed if we kills those stupid enough to try and many will be scared to do anything wrong because it could be the last thing they do.
