We the people. Need desperately to change how people are paid. There are careers like CNA, EMT, Police, Military, Firefighter, Doctor etc. That are ridiculously underpaid for what they do. The people who put their lives at risk everyday to help others make breadcrumbs compared to those in the entertainment industry. Football players and etc. make upwards of millions and for having the same skills as those in College sports. I understand their role in the public eye. But these salaries need to be drastically cut down. We pay them way to much. While Those in more important career fields barely scrape by.
