Brian Ogle, of Sylacauga, Alabama, was placed in NICU as a result of 13+ African American individuals beating him in the parking lot of a hardware store. The altercation stemmed from Facebook, escalating after Friday nights high school football game. Brian is in critical condition, with 3 skull fractures and hemorrhaging on his brain. This petition is to find and charge the individuals involved with a hate crime, and attempted murder.
