Charge adults who record and share a fight that involves anyone under the age of 18 with neglect and exploitation.

Disturbingly we see it all the time on social networks, kids fighting while an adult entertainingly records the incident. Instead of doing there part in society and intervening so that the situation does not escalate, they sit back and hope that the video is "epic" enough for the internet. These situations have become too big for many of us to bear. I propose that we push for a law in which any adult who records and publishes a "fight" video, involving anyone who is underage, suffer the consequences for being neglectful adults and for the exploitation of a child.
