Charge all in goverment that take a oath to protect the Constitution with Treason when they want to take those rights!

The people we elect to serve us take a oath to protect and keep the Constitution at all times. The military take this oath also is to protect from "both forgien and domestic" enemies of the country. Treason has different definations but all read as to anyone or enity thats endangers our Constitution and our country. This should be enforced by all brances of our goverment. I am an American, I believe in our Constitution, do you?
