Charge all signers of secession petitions to be charged with treason and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

With the proliferation of petitions to secede from the Union signed by citizens of several states wishing for their states to be allowed to secede from the United States of America; the signers of these petitions should be charged with treason under Article 3 Section 3 of the United States Constitution which states :"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." These people are clearly enemies of the Union and should be punished to the fullest extent of the laws pertaining to such an act.
