According to Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is defined as giving the enemy aid and comfort. According to a recent CNN article, CIA-funded weapons have begun to reach Syrian rebels. These are the same rebels who consist of Al Qaeda members that have fought and killed American military men and women. Al Qaeda is the terrorist organization that attacked us on 9/11/2001 and declared war on Americans around the world.
These Syrian rebels have also been implicated in using chemical weapons in order to get the international community involved in their fight.
By the targeted killing of Christians, they have also been involved in ethnic cleansing.
The president should be impeached for this and all of those involved in arming these rebels must be prosecuted.
