There is sufficient evidence to bring up treason charges and terrorism charges against members of both the US House of Representatives and members of the US Senate for introducing language in the NDAA of 2012 and 2013 that violates a US Citizen's Constitutional right to a Jury Trial, To Legal Representation, to Habeus Corpus. This is further substantiated by voting to sign into law the NDAA of 2012 and 2013 Indefinate Detention clauses calling for the military to have the power to indefinately detain any individual who is deemed to be working with "terrorist groups". Furthermore members have committed treason by declaring in the NDAA American Soil being a battleground in times of peace noting that there has been no US Congressional declaration of war since the end of WWII.
