Charge and Prosecute Erik Rush for threatening to kill Muslims. His statements incite hate & Violence.

When a public figure such as Erik Rush tweets “Yes, they’re evil. Let’s kill them all” inciting hate & violence towards Muslims, our civilized society must act in response. Hate statements against any group, whether Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Black, White, Asian or any type, are not tolerated by civilized communities. When we exercise a “zero tolerance” policy in our communities, we are responsible for applying it equally in every situation & not “cherry pick” when & where to apply this policy.
Erik Rush has a following & his statements placed Muslims & non-Muslims at risk. We must hold him accountable for what he said.
If I, as a Muslim America, were to make the same type of statement against any other group of citizens, I would be arrested, charged & jailed. Why is Erik Rush special?
