Pass a law and/or statue that would charge anyone who is found guilt of defrauding the government through programs designed to help the less fortunate in this country "entitlement programs" with treason. As the money that funds these programs comes from American citizens, those who chose to defraud the government of these funds are enemies of the State. We also request this administration to set up a fraud detection unit as well as accountability structure for those receiving aid using government funds.
