Julian Assange, an Australian Internet activist, is generally described as its founder, editor-in-chief, and director of the wikileaks. He should be charged on grounds they encouraged the theft of government property and the information was still considered classified. According to Hillary Clinton the leaks put people's lives in danger and threatens national security.
