With Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission and McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court has shown that it no longer serves the interest of the American people. Instead, five justices of the court have been bought by special interests. It is time for Justices John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Antonin Scalia to face federal racketeering charges for their role in partially legalizing corruption, along with the attorneys representing Citizens United and Shaun McCutcheon, as well as McCutchoen himself.
