18 U.S code 2318 - Rebellion or Insurrection
"Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
Over the last few weeks Donald J. Trump has undermined the foundation of democracy by stating that the presidential election may be rigged. This has lead to growing fear and resentment among citizens eventually leading to fire bombings in one state. Donald J. Trump seeks to undermine the U.S government thus leading to a rebellion and societal collapse.
