CHARGE Donald J. Trump, 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - TREASON

Created by P.L. on November 14, 2016

There is mounting evidence that The Donald Trump campaign, according to CIA officials on CNN and reported in October, incited a foreign state to influence the general election. In addition, on July 27th, 2016, Donald Trump broke the law when he invited a foreign state, Russia, to hack Hillary Clinton's emails. Illegal actions have consequences in this country.

Donald Trump has incited Russia to hack into and publish Hillary Clinton's private emails. The President-elect openly ENCOURAGED a foreign government to take illegal actions that would influence a US election. This is the first time that a major presidential candidate has done that in U.S. History.
