Charge El Paso Police officer Jose Flores with murder of Daniel Saenz on March 8, 2013. This is a clear abuse of power and use of excessive force by a police officer. The prosecutors clearly refuse to charge him when the JAIL video clearly shows Saenz was handcuffed with arm behind his back. This was an execution and Jose Flores needs to be charge.
