Former Gov Huckabee and State Rep Kerns have either advocated for or attempted to legislate non-compliance with US Judicial decisions regarding same-sex marriage. Their actions endeavor "to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of [a] law of the United States," and therefore , jointly, are effectively acts of seditious conspiracy, per US penal code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115 § 2384.
Blatant encouragement to disregard US Law undermines the system of checks and balances of the three-branch system of American government and potentially causes harm to its citizens--both in its current context but also by way of precedence.
