Last Friday, 17-year-old Christopher Roupe of Euharlee, Georgia was shot and killed in his home when a police officer arrived at their door to serve a probation violation warrant for his father.
Eyewitnesses state that he was clearly holding a Wii controller, and was about to watch a movie. He heard someone at the door, asked who it was, and when no one responded he opened the door and was immediately shot in the chest.
However, the police department is trying to fabricate a story of how Roupe was wielding a gun when he opened the door, which is clearly untrue.
This trigger-happy police officer should be charged with what she deserves under the law, instead of creating a story to protect herself.
