Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton obstructed justice in violation of 18 United States Code Sections 1505, 1510, and 1519. Specifically, Mrs. Clinton was directed by the Department of State and a committee of Congress to surrender her electronic mail which included official correspondences and public records during her tenure as Secretary of State that existed on her private server. Instead, Mrs. Clinton and her cohorts at her behest made their own determination deleted the emails in question with the intention to deceive. Hillary Rodham Clinton destroyed or tried to destroy the evidence like a child. This petition is being used to reverse the FBI decision and promulgate the Department of Justice to prosecute Hillary Rodham Clinton with all of the aforementioned statutes.
