Global Bank HSBC was fined at least $1.9 Billion but no criminal charges were handed down because they are considered too big to fail. Since HSBC helping Mexican Drug Cartels, Iran, Al-Qaida and other terrorist groups with funds to kill American Soldiers and citizens all around the world, we should return the favor and charge the top 12 officials in HSBC with treason, criminal charges and as terrorists.
